How to refer to the nearest integer (as a variable) in SQL Server
I would like to convert a float value to an integer value in SQL Server, but I need to refer to the nearest integer (as a variable). I.e. say, I have a value of 0.0000000000.
I would like to convert this to 0.000, but the number before the '.' is variable. Is this possible?

You can use STR(0.000...)
STR()
This function returns the text representation of the specified numeric value.
Syntax
STR ( expression [, digits [,, scale ] [, trim ] ] )
So, if you need to format the 0.000 to the nearest integer in scale parameter, you should do this:
SELECT STR(0.0000000000, 0, 2, 1, '0000000000');
